Welcome to Valdez Gymnastics
We are a very friendly club that was established over 20 years ago. In this time, we have grown to run over 60 classes per week. We offer fun and enriching classes for children of all ages and abilities. We help children to gain a sense of achievement, improve fitness and have fun whilst learning the skills of this exciting sport.

Weekly Classes
We offer weekly classes that run with the Hertfordshire school term for children as young as 14 months, kids in primary school, and kids at senior school!
Every gymnast is given their own award book which records the skills learned in their training. The awards are carefully structured to progressively introduce and advance your gymnast’s skills. Our club championships are held annually.
Experienced, Qualified Coaches
Our friendly coaches are very experienced and are DBS checked. They are qualified and regularly trained in gymnastics coaching, first aid and safeguarding children.
Valdez Facilities
Children of all abilities are welcome, and we aim to help them gain a sense of achievement, improve fitness and have fun whilst learning the skill of this exciting sport.
Valdez has two full-time dedicated gymnasiums in Hertfordshire, both have a full range of equipment- vault, uneven bars, beams, and a sprung floor. Along with many training apparatus stations, helping to ensure gymnasts are always moving and practicing throughout their class.
